Our story

From a simple dream to a boba brand.

Our journey began in 2021 under the name BuBest (Bubest). With a simple shop, a limited budget, and plenty of determination, we took our first steps into the bubble tea business.

In the early days, every order mattered. We learned by doing — preparing drinks, serving customers, finding reliable suppliers, and managing the everyday challenges of running a small business. Every returning customer and recommendation encouraged us to keep moving forward.

As the business developed, we saw an opportunity to create a clearer and more memorable identity. That vision led to our transition from BuBest to Mr. Boba Best, a name that reflects our love for boba and our commitment to giving every customer our best.

Our name has evolved, but the heart of our business remains the same: good drinks, genuine hospitality, and happy memories.

Mr. Boba Best was founded by Captain Ebrahim Fahim. With a professional background in the Navy, he brings a strong appreciation for discipline, responsibility, and hard work to the business.

Alongside his professional and family life, he pursued a personal dream: to build a business that could bring people together. Inspired by his appreciation for milk tea and the opportunity to serve the local community, he began the journey in 2021.

For our founder, Mr. Boba Best is more than a business. It represents the value of perseverance, warm hospitality, and building meaningful relationships with the people we serve.
